It’s difficult to know exactly what the right choice is. To be able to pick from all of the available options.

There’s a very high probability you’ll get it wrong.

We can reframe the question though.

What don’t you want to do? What do you want to avoid?

That’s easier to answer. We’re much better at recognising when something makes us unhappy, when it takes us away from where we want to be.

By avoiding those things, we can only be getting closer to what we actually want.
