warning signs

They exist to keep us out of danger.

There’s things we need to be wary of, things we need to avoid.

But we have to put everything in context.

We have to remember who’s making the signs, what reasons they might have had for making them.

And why those reasons might not apply.

Especially if they’re nothing more than an internal judgment. We can change that judgment at will. Every potentially dangerous situation is also an opportunity. For everything we believe, the opposite can also be true.

Some decisions will require us to take a risk. Some of those risks are bigger than others.

But once we explore the possibility of creating something valuable, the risk might not seem that significant.

We just have to take that first step.

We have to confront what we’re being warned about instead of hiding from it.

The signs are there. We get to choose how to read them.
