Everything seems a little imposing the first time you do it.
You’re covering new ground, exploring new territory.
But as soon as you’ve done it once, you wonder what you were worried about.
The second time isn’t anything like so much of a problem.
And from there it only get easier. It becomes normal very quickly.
Perhaps too normal.
Growth happens when we’re surprised, when we’re exposed to new stimulus, when we change our state.
If we keep doing the same thing, we stagnate. We might as well be dead.
We have to keep taking that next step.
Into the unknown.
