what you say and what you do

There are not necessarily the same thing.

You can say what you like. There’s no cost associated with it.

They are just words. Words you can change if you want to.

But action has a cost.

Maybe it’s a monetary cost, a cost in the conventional sense.

Maybe it’s an opportunity cost. What are you not doing in order to do this? What could you be doing instead?

Action holds you accountable.

Is what you say the same as what you do? Are you choices congruent with your thoughts?

Or do you need to make a change?
