Everything can be classified in one of two ways.
And to do so we need to ask questions.
Is that down to me? Is it my responsibility? Is it something I should be looking after?
Or is it outside of my control? Is it an external factor which I can’t change?
Some things appear to belong in the former category when in fact they reside in the latter.
The only way to get better at distinguishing between the two is to examine everything for what it is.
To ask yourself about the nature of everything you encounter. Is this within my control and something I should concern myself with? Or is it outside of it and therefore of no consequence?
Find who is responsible.
Then act accordingly.
