What might you be missing out on?
We think we have a good idea of what we like and what we don’t. But our memory is fairly unreliable.
And we can only really speak from experience. Our opinion on everything else is a projection of how we think we’d respond, of how we think we’d feel, of how we think we’d act.
Sometimes this can be accurate. And sometimes we can be completely wrong. Sometimes we can be far too quick to dismiss something that we might actually enjoy. Something that we hadn’t considered which might help us achieve what we want.
