Neutral can mean indifferent.
It can mean plain. Or boring. Not easily noticed. Something that doesn’t excite an opinion, that doesn’t divide people, that doesn’t make them think one way or another.
Not sufficiently notable to warrant action or comment.
But it can also mean impartial.
Without judgment. Simply taking things for what they are rather than immediately making assumptions. Rather than labelling them good or bad, rather than subjecting them to our impressions, rather than projecting our views onto them, we can just accept them.
We can be neutral.
