do you need to know?

It can be good to ask lots of questions. To be curious, to want more information.

But just as we should only talk when we have something to say, we should only ask questions when we want to know the answer.

Are we going to act on the information we’re given? Are we going to find the answer out anyway, without having to ask?

If knowing or not knowing makes a difference, then that’s important knowledge to gain.

Some questions answer themselves.

But if you need to know, ask.
