This moment. Right now.

You get one chance, one opportunity and then it’s gone. You get to choose, but you can only choose once and you can only choose one thing. You have to be willing to eschew all the other potential options and make that choice.

It might not seem like every moment matters. It might seem like you’ve got plenty of time. Maybe when you look back in the future, what you did with this moment might not seem that important.

But how could you have spent it? What could you have chosen to do instead? What is the alternative? And if you’d done that instead, where would you be now?

Time has a very real cost. How are you spending it?
