What does loyalty mean to you?

Unwavering commitment, regardless of what happens?

That’s one type of loyalty.

I think loyalty at its most fundamental means being true to getting what you want. And being willing to change your allegiance as soon as something doesn’t serve that end.

Is this the best option available to me now? Yes? Then I’ll stick with it.

What about now? No? Then it’s time for me to make a change.

It might seem like quite a mercenary way to be.

But it means that any relationship you choose to create, any direction you choose to take, any decision you choose to make is done because you truly believe in it.

If you didn’t, why would you do it?
