Certain behaviours come perfectly naturally.
Some we choose of our own volition.
Do we think about why we do them though? Do we evaluate them, decide whether they suit our purpose, decide whether they align with the kind of person we want to be?
Or do we just do them?
Do we continue to do them because we’ve always done them? Do we continue to do them even though circumstances might have changed, even though we might have new information, even though we might be a very different person from when we started?
Can we justify our behaviour?
Or do we need to change?
