It’s not always about you.
Sometimes we have to stop thinking about ourselves. We might be struggling with something, letting it play on our mind, obsessing about a particular problem or issue.
Sometimes we just have to let that go and focus on what we can do for other people. Find ways we can contribute, find ways we can help them out.
It doesn’t have to be anything huge. It might be something really simple.
We have to remember what we’re capable of.
