On the surface this seems like quite a fundamental question.
Where do you want to get to?
Where do you see yourself in a year? 2 years? 5 years?
I have no idea.
I’ve got some things I think it might be nice to achieve. But at the moment these look more like methods than actual tangible goals. They’re things I know I can work to improve on. So I’ve split these down into a number of actions. And then I’m working out a plan for those.
Each action is fairly simple. But by consistently putting in the effort, I know they’ll add up to a big difference.
What’s more, if I change my mind about some of them, it’s not an issue. I’ll still have the experience I’ve gained. I can reassess the direction I want to go in and then just carry on.
Big shifts are made up of lots of little adjustments.
Keep making them, keep moving forward and who knows where you’ll end up.
