What are you thinking about? Is there something on your mind?
Is there ever a time where there isn’t?
I think it can be very valuable to create time where that is the case. Where you simply aren’t thinking of anything, you’re just present in that moment, conscious of nothing but your own existance.
I try to create time for meditation every day.
Your breath is enough to hold your attention. But in thinking about achieving that state and how it can be improved, you defeat the purpose. You seek to empty your mind of all thought.
Where does this process lead?
I’m still finding out.
