Too much comfort leads to complacency. It leads to stagnation and routine.

Discomfort isn’t always a positive though. Discomfort is a sign that you’re not used to whatever it is you’re doing.

Whether it’s something you should try and push through is another matter.

Discomfort is an indicator of change.

Some of it is good change you stand to benefit from.

And some of it is an indicator you should be doing something different.

We have to learn to tell the difference.
