Companies don’t exist.
They are merely an idea, an abstract concept.
In some cases they’re something to stop people going bankrupt. Something so that they can take a risk and not have it ruin them.
Sometimes they’re something for people to hide behind.
But they aren’t really there.
It doesn’t matter how big or small the organisation looks. Or what they do.
All that really exists are people.
Individuals, trying to make their way. Trying to be useful, trying to create.
Don’t treat companies like objects.
Treat them like human beings.
