This is a partial answer to the question posed a couple of days ago.
There is no such thing as collective action.
I can do something. You can do something. But we can’t do anything.
To pretend otherwise is to surrender agency and give up responsibility for doing important work.
It implies a reliance on someone else’s actions, on external factors before you are able to do your part.
And that simply isn’t the case.
Nobody is capable of inhibiting us from acting apart from ourselves. Nobody is capable of making us believe anything other than what we want to believe.
The action you choose to take is down to you, as an individual.
