What type of thing is it that you are concerned with?
Is there anything you can do about it?
If the answer is yes and you think it’s worth doing, then the question becomes, why aren’t you doing it.
But if the answer is no, or it’s not action you want to take, then why does it matter? Why are you attaching so much meaning to it?
Don’t just think about it.
