We are limited in the number of different things we can really focus on at once.
If we want to give something our all, usually that means everything else has to take a back seat.
We can decide to change what that one thing is though.
We can accept that our progress in that area might not be as good, but other parts of our life could see significant benefits.
We might even find that doing less gives us better results.
It can be difficult to tell until we try.
Our reasons behind certain behaviours are often tied up in a narrative we keep telling ourselves which can be difficult to escape from.
But doing so might just be a more efficient way of getting where we want to go.
