If you died tomorrow, would you be happy with what you’ve achieved in your life?
Maybe happy is the wrong word to use. Maybe happy is the wrong thing to aim for.
Perhaps fulfilling our potential is closer to the mark.
Have we stepped up and tested ourselves? Have we had the chance to see what we’re really capable of?
If you haven’t, why not? If not now, when are you going to? If you don’t take this one, will you get another?
Every day, every moment gives us a chance. A chance to make that choice. We can’t afford to take it for granted.
By having the mindset that tomorrow is a given, the only certainty is that eventually you’ll be wrong.
Instead of assuming that there’s going to be another time, assume that there isn’t. Assume that this is it. Assume that nothing is guaranteed.
Accept that tomorrow might not come.
Eventually you’ll be right.
